You can make payment to your travel purchase thru your credit card, depositing check or cash , bank or wire transfer. Some airlines or travel suppliers does not accept credit card for some itineraries. Check with us  before making the payment.

1) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION THRU  FAX AUTHORIZATION

Before making the payment using your credit card, you have to authorize us to charge your credit card for the purchase by filling the following form and sending (fax) us the signed copy. Here are the steps:

1) Download the Credit Card Authorization Form (Click Here)
2) Take a printout of the Credit Card Authorization Form.
3) Fillup all the required columns, complete it.
4) Do not forget to sign the form.
5) Fax us the signed copy along with other document (Identification Proof, CC Copy ) to FAX# 1-888-511-7915
6) Call or Email us to verify fax receipt.

2) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION THRU  EMAIL AUTHORIZATION

Before making the payment using your credit card, you have to authorize us to charge your credit card for the purchase by completing the following authorization text in your email.

1) Email Text as under : (Copy this text to email body and fill up all required info).
2) Send a scanned copy of your iD proof (Driver Licence, passport, other valid ID documents)
3) Call us and give us your credit card number over phone(DO NOT TYPE/SEND FULL CC NO IN EMAIL)
4) After we verify the details, we will put ticket issue order.
5) We may need more info if asked by the ticket issuing authority.

I understand that a Travel Network or a major airline carrier or travel partners name will appear on my credit card statement. I'm aware that in regards to this authorization, if I dispute the above amount later on OR if the bank/credit card issuer reject the payment, I will be liable to the maximum collection fees allowed by the laws of the state of residence in addition to the amount authorized by me to be charged by a collection agency authorized by Konark Travel.

3) CHECK  OR CASH PAYMENT OPTION

Before making the payment by check,we need a credit card authorization till the time fund is cleared from your bank.We DONOT charge your credit card if checks are cleared from your bank.In the event of if checks are bounced/rejected from bank due to insufficient fund OR for any reason, we will use this authorization.

Fill up the following form and send us the signed copy (scanned/fax). Here are the steps:

2) Take a printout of the Check Payment Authorization Form.
3) Fillup all the required columns, complete it.
4) Do not forget to sign the form.
5) Fax us the signed copy along with other document (Identification Proof,Front of Credit Card) to FAX# 1-888-511-7915
6) Call or Email us to verify fax receipt.
7) If you do not have fax, you can also send scanned copy of above documents. After sending the above details, pl follow the Check Payment Process as under.

CHECK OR CASH PAYMENT PROCESS

You can make payment to your travel purchase either depositing a check or cash Payable to Konark Travel.Here is how you can deposit a check.

For all booking made thru our online portal, you can make the payment online directly using credit card, debit card or online bank transfer.

If your booking was made manually thru us, you can pay using one of the following method

a) In USA, we have Account in Digital Federal Credit Union where you can deposit a check in favor of Konark Travel
b) In India we have Account in ICICI or AXIS Bank where you can deposit a check in favor of Konark Travel
