We have access to instant purchase fare available thru our travel supplier fare databases. This type of fare we can not hold for long time and you have to make a decision quickly to buy. Fare is not guaranteed unless ticketed.

We adopt fair pricing policy to all our customers. For the same fare components (e.g. same flights, same date and time of travel, same fare booking class and fare rule, same passenger’s type and moreover and importantly, at the same time of purchase ), we offer same price to all our customers if booked thru us. 

Unified Communication with our consultants 

We adopt unified communication method and use one email address for all communications with our customers and all our travel consultants have access to the email. This unified email communication keep our travel consultants in sync and upto date about the latest communication we had with you. Our online Fare Quote form also designed in this way to facilitate this. 

What we do 

We believe that, to give you the best available options, we first have to understand your travel requirement and the extend of flexibility you can accommodate to get best available fare . To capture your travel requirement, we have designed an online Fare Quote Form which you can submit online OR if contacted by phone, we capture those details over phone. Once we get those details, our booking/routing experts, look for lower fare available seats (thru direct airlines databases, thru consolidator’s databases, online suppliers fare databases) as per your requirements as captured above. Then we compare those lowest fare with other online sources (like MakeMyTrip, Orbitz, Expedia, etc ) and see if better than your available best option (at that moment) is available and send you the best option with price. Then we wait on you which option is best suited for you. If you take longer time to decide (normally if more than 24 hours), by that time the fare may change (can go up or go down). Once you decide to buy, before that we reprice the itinerary again and let you know the details, if the quoted fare is still valid. (As per airlines rule all quoted fare must be repriced and validated before ticket is issued). The above booking process takes some time. Sometimes, we may not see lower fare seats and check with our suppliers if they can confirm on lower fare. Sometimes thru one route seats may not be available and our routing expert try thru other routes.. and so many other manual techniques which may not be possible thru a computer. On average, our booking expert spend 20 to 40 minutes for one itinerary, whether you buy it or not. But the decision is yours as you are the pax who will be travelling. 

We always recommend you to work with the travel agent you trust and are comfortable with (even if it is not us) . If you see something better from other sources, tell your travel agent what you are getting and he/she can suggest you , if a better option than that is available or not. If you do not tell, may be you are missing a better deal OR else, your travel agent will be spending time unnecessarily to give you an option for which you may not be interested. The whole process is an ongoing iterative process till you complete your purchase. And also remember, plus/minus 5 to 10 bugs difference is not a big deal, service also count before and after you complete your purchase.
