For processing cancellation and to charge cancellation penalty/fees, we need a Credit Card authorization  to charge to your credit card used in the original booking and refund the balance amount.You can do this either 1) THRU FAX AUTHORIZATION  or 2)  THRU EMAIL AUTHORIZATION

Airlines/Konark Travel (OR its travel suppliers) may charge the cancellation processsing fees and penalty as mentioned above first and refund balance from the original cost of tickets OR there may be a partial charge to CC first and refund balance from the original cost of tickets. I understand that refund processing may take longer time than usual due to COVID19 situation and each airlinnes refund policy and agent will not be responsible for delay in refund or any other service related complaints due to this. All refunds are subject to airlines approval.

  I understand that a Travel Network or a major airline carrier or travel partners name will appear on my credit card statement. I'm aware that in regards to this authorization, if I dispute the above amount later on for any reason OR if the bank/credit card issuer reject the payment, I will be liable to the maximum collection fees allowed by the laws of the state of residence in addition to the amount authorized by me to be charged by a collection agency authorized by Konark Travel and this authorization can be submitted to the bank/credit card issuer also, if required by them as proof.

IMPORTANT NOTE :  a) Cancellation Refund processing normally takes 2 to 6 weeks but due to COVID19 , since 2020 it is taking much longer, in months , which we donot know exactly when airlines will start refund. Especially AIR INDIA  refund processing now a days taking months  b) Your refund will be in your original mode of payment and you have to monitor and check credit amount in your account and update us when received.
